About

I lead deployment and program delivery for some of the world’s largest retail and restaurant brands. I don’t just manage projects — I build the operating frameworks that let those businesses scale without surprises.

Over 15 years I’ve owned end-to-end accountability across global rollouts, billing and revenue operations, vendor governance, and customer success programs. I’ve worked closely with APAC, EMEA and NAMER teams, and have led portfolios for some of the largest enterprise customers in telecom and retail.

My approach is governance-first and outcome-led: a clean PMO structure, a Prince2 / PMP / Agile hybrid that flexes to the engagement, and stakeholder communication that translates technical constraints into clear executive decisions.
